It is possible to convey the Jominy test piece automatically to hardness tester by conveyance arm device.

1Set the Jominy test piece on the table.
2Input the measuring condition into control PC.
3The Jominy test piece is conveyed by robot arm and set on the hardness tester.
4After measuring, the Jominy test piece is reversed by robot arm and set on the auto stage.
5After measuring of reverse face, test piece is carried back by robot arm automatically and removed by discharge arm.
6The data is transferred automatically to host computer from the control computer after all operation has been completed.
